At Tuxedo Action, returns are simple and convenient. We strive to provide excellent products and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. Therefore, we offer a 7-calendar-day warranty on all products. Additionally, we value our customers' freedom of choice, so we have implemented a flexible cancellation policy. Customers may request to cancel their orders at any time before the product has been shipped. We prioritize our customers' needs and are committed to providing the best possible service.

RETURN POLICY UPDATE NOTICE  

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please carefully follow our return instructions if you are dissatisfied with your order or need to return an item you are about to receive. Refusing delivery may cause delays in processing your return or result in additional fees.
We are committed to providing top-tier return services for your satisfaction. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our dedicated customer service team. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

RETURN PROCESS

You have 7 calendar days from the date of receiving your product to decide whether to keep it. Should you wish to proceed with a return, simply email us at support@tuxedoaction.com with your reason. Our customer service team will personally assist you in completing your return request and respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE

If you received a defective or incorrect item, simply contact our support team—we’ll gladly provide a free return label so you don’t have to worry about any costs.

If you’ve already shipped the item back, no problem! Reach out to us, and we’ll reimburse your return shipping fee (up to $15 USD) to your original payment method. 

If the return is due to non-quality-related reasons, such as wrong size or a change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping costs. The actual cost may vary depending on the shipping carrier you choose.

Tuxedo Action provide a free return label

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., quality issues, broken zippers, tears)
  • Wrong item received
  • Missing item in the package

Return shipping is not covered in the following cases:

  • Ordered the wrong size or color
  • Changed your mind or no longer want the item
  • Provided an incorrect or incomplete address

RETURN REQUESTS

All returned items must be in brand new, unused, and unwashed condition. Please ensure that the yellow Anti-Tamper ties from Tuxedo Action remain intact and are not removed before returning the item. These ties help our warehouse verify the condition of the product. As a general rule, do not remove the Anti-Tamper ties upon receiving your garment, as doing so will void any eligibility for return or exchange.

Items returned in damaged, soiled, or altered condition may be rejected and sent back to the customer. We take pride in the quality of our products and expect all returns to arrive in the same pristine condition in which they were received.

 

Please note:

  • You must provide valid tracking information within 5 days of receiving the Return Authorization. If tracking is not provided within this timeframe—or if the return shipment is excessively delayed—we reserve the right to reject the return, refuse acceptance of the package, or in some cases, apply a late processing fee to cover additional handling costs.

  • We carefully inspect each item before shipping. If your product is damaged during transit, please email us promptly so we can help resolve the issue.
  • If the Anti-Tamper ties have been removed, the item will be considered used. In such cases, a depreciation fee may be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGE REQUESTS

While we generally don't recommend exchanges for time-sensitive orders, our customer service team is ready to provide customized solutions for special circumstances - simply contact us for personalized assistance.

LOST ORDERS

If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. For US orders, if an item has not been delivered within 30 days, you may request a refund. International customers should contact us directly for assistance regarding missing orders.

REFUNDS

Refunds for all approved returned items will be credited to the original payment method. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been delivered. For payments made via PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will appear immediately. Refunds are processed by Tuxedo Action within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned items.

CLEARANCE PRODUCTS

Occasionally, we offer clearance sales to clear out inventory and make space for new products. Please note the following regarding clearance items:

  • Clearance products are brand new and unused but sold at discounted prices due to inventory clearance.
  • Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review and acknowledge this policy before purchasing.
  • Due to the nature of clearance products, minor flaws or damaged packaging may be present but do not affect the product’s usability.
  • Clearance products are available in limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once sold out, they will not be restocked.

Limitation of Liability: By purchasing clearance items, you agree that the company is not responsible for any issues or losses related to these products. Please carefully read the product descriptions and make your purchase decision accordingly.
