At Tuxedo Action, returns are super easy, and we strive to provide amazing products and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. Therefore, we offer a 10 Nature Day Warranty for all products. Additionally, we value our customers' freedom of choice, so we have implemented a flexible cancellation policy. As long as the product has not been shipped, customers can request to cancel their orders at any time. We believe in putting our customers' needs first and providing them with the best possible service.
Return Policy Update Notice
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow our return instructions if you are dissatisfied with or need to return the upcoming item you are about to receive. Refusing the package may cause delay in return process or incur extra fees. RETURN PROCESS
You have 10 Nature Day from receipt of your order to request a return. Please send an email to our customer service email address: support@tuxedoaction.com
Please contact us with details of why you are returning the item, then our after-sales department will contact you and assist you through the return process.
Once we accept your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return your items. Please make sure that the returned item is "sellable condition"(see below), otherwise we cannot issue an exchange or refund for you. Please also make sure that you send out the returns within 1 week of receiving the Return Authorization , otherwise we will not issue an exchange or refund for you.
Return Authorization
The return authorization is the basis for the credentials between us, regarding the processing of your return and exchange. You need to send the item within one week after receiving the return authorization and provide us with a valid logistics tracking number. In principle, we will only send you a return authorization once. If you do not provide us with a valid tracking number within one week of receiving the return authorization, we will consider you to have abandoned the return.
RETURN FEE
If the products received are defective or incorrect, the customer will not be responsible for the shipping cost incurred in returns. Once the returned products are received, Tuxedo Action will reimburse the return shipping cost for up to $15.
Otherwise the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. The cost will vary based on the carrier you choose.
We suggest using the original box or envelope that came with products for the return package, to avoid additional return shipping cost.
We will reimburse the return shipping cost for up to $15 in the following types of situations:
- Manufacture defects: quality issues, zipper defects, rip or torn
- Wrong/missing item from the package.
However, we do not cover the return shipping fee in the following situations:
- Wrong size/color ordered
- Changed mind/ Item no longer wanted
- Incorrect or incomplete address information

RETURN REQUESTS
- All returned items must be in brand new, unused, and unwashed condition. Please ensure that Tuxedo Action's yellow Anti-tamper ties remain intact and are not removed before returning the item. These ties serve as an important reference for our warehouse to assess the condition of the item. As a general rule, please refrain from removing the Anti-tamper ties upon receiving the garment, as doing so will void the possibility of an exchange or return.
Any items returned to us in damaged, soiled, or altered condition may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, and we expect them to be returned in the same pristine condition in which they were received.
If a customer claims that they have not removed any unused yellow Anti-tamper ties, but our warehouse staff determines that no Anti-tamper ties were found upon receipt of the item, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to assist you and resolve any concerns you may have.
- Please provide us with valid tracking information within one week of receiving this return authorization. item that generates valid logistics information after one week, we will have the right to refuse to accept it.
- If you are responsible for the return shipping cost of a return due to your own fault, please select Economy/Standard Shipping. Please select economy/standard shipping.
- We will inspect the product carefully before shipping. If there is any damage during shipping, please inform us about the damaged product by email. We will always be available to help you and work with you to solve the problem.
- Please note that if the yellow Anti-tamper ties have been removed, we will consider the returned product as used. In such cases, we may charge a depreciation fee to compensate for the diminished value of the item.

EXCHANGE
In principle, we do not offer exchange services. If you are dissatisfied with the size of the product you received, please contact our customer service to return the item to our warehouse. Our customer service team will assist you in selecting a more suitable size.
However, if you have a compelling reason that requires an exchange, please feel free to contact our customer service for assistance. We will provide maximum support to help resolve any issues you may encounter.
CANCELATION REQUESTS
To cancel an order, please contact us at support@tuxedoaction.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our US return center.
LOST ORDERS
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order in the estimated delivery time, please contact us. Any US orders with items that have not been delivered within 30 days may request a refund. International customers will need to contact us directly for further information on refunding missing orders.
REFUND
All successfully returned items will be credited to the card used when placing the order. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been delivered. For payments made by PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. Refunds will be processed by Tuxedo Action within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
Clearance Products
Periodically, we offer our customers clearance sales to clear out our inventory and make room for new products. Here is the relevant information regarding our clearance sale:
Clearance products are brand new and unused. These products are offered at discounted prices due to inventory clearance. Therefore, clearance products will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please make sure to understand and acknowledge this policy before making a purchase.
However, please note that due to the nature of clearance products, there may be minor flaws or damaged packaging that do not affect the normal use of the product.
Clearance products are available in limited quantities, and sales are based on actual stock. Once clearance products are sold out, they will not be restocked.
