At Tuxedo Action, our goal is to ensure you look your absolute best for your big event. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit or doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Condition of Return

All items must be unwashed, unaltered, and completely unworn. The Yellow Anti-Tamper Tie MUST remain fully attached to the garment. If the tie is removed, cut, or re-attached, the item is considered "worn" and is strictly ineligible for a refund or exchange.


1. Standard Returns (The 14-Day Window)

We accept returns on eligible merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. All original tags and packaging must remain intact.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Our Responsibility (We Pay): If the item you received is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size/color sent by us), Tuxedo Action will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
  • Your Responsibility (You Pay): If you are returning an item due to customer preference—such as "changed my mind," "didn't like the style," or "ordered the wrong size"—you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Please note: All items marked as Clearance or Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.


2. Exchanges & Urgent Event Policy

Need a different size or color? We are happy to process an exchange for any eligible items within 10 days of delivery.

How Exchanges Work:

  1. Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it is in resalable condition.
  2. Upon approval, your new replacement item will be processed and shipped out.
  3. Shipping Speed: All exchange shipments are sent via our Standard Shipping timeframe (as outlined in our Shipping Policy).

⚠️ Urgent Event Approaching? (The Fastest Way to Exchange)

If your Prom, Wedding, or Gala is just around the corner and you cannot wait for the standard exchange transit times, we strongly recommend placing a completely NEW order for the correct size immediately.

Simply return your original item for a standard refund. This ensures your new tuxedo gets to you as fast as possible without the waiting period of a traditional exchange process.


3. Premium Shipping Protection (Powered by Seel)

We understand that ordering formalwear online requires peace of mind. That is why every eligible order is backed by our shipping protection program via our partner, Seel.

What is Covered?

If your package is confirmed as Lost in Transit, Damaged, or Stolen, you are fully protected with zero risk to your wallet.

How to File a Claim:

  1. Contact our support team immediately at support@tuxedoaction.com if you experience a delivery issue.
  2. Our team will assist you in submitting your claim to the insurance provider.
  3. Review Time: Claims are typically reviewed and processed within 48 hours of submission.
  4. Resolution: Once your claim is approved, a full refund will be transferred directly to your account within 72 hours.
    If you still need your tuxedo for your event, you may simply use these refunded funds to place a brand new order on our website for immediate processing.

4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@tuxedoaction.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our Fit Team will reply within 24 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Securely pack the items (with the Yellow Anti-Tamper Tie attached) and ship them back to us.

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction is complete.
