At Tuxedo Action, our goal is to get you event-ready as fast and securely as possible. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer both Standard and Express shipping options to meet your timeline. Delivery times will be affected during domestic and international public holidays.

2. Order Processing (Speed is Key)

We know you have an event to catch. Orders are processed every Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Most suits are prepped, professionally steamed, and shipped out within 1–3 business days.

Estimated Arrival Formula:
Please note that the total time to receive your order is calculated as:
Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time (chosen at checkout).

3. Logistics & Tracking

To get your fit to you fast and safe, we partner with premier global carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The choice of carrier depends on your location and the service tier selected at checkout.

Note: Don't be alarmed if you don't receive all the items at once. Your order may arrive in several shipments if dispatched from different warehouses. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided automatically.

4. Our "Got Your Back" Transit Guarantee

Shipping delays happen, but being left in the dark shouldn't. If any unexpected logistical issues affect your delivery window, our team will proactively email you with updates.

Your investment is secured. From the moment you hit "checkout" to the moment you step into your suit, we are responsible for your order. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you are covered by our shipping protection policy. Reach out to our support team at support@tuxedoaction.com, and we will resolve it immediately.

(Any US orders with items that have not been received within 30 days can apply to be fully refunded.)


5. Address Information & Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address they provide. Incorrect shipping address information will delay the delivery of your order.

In the event that your order is returned to us due to insufficient or wrong address information, no automatic refund will be provided. Any items returned to us for incomplete address information will be re-sent only once the customer has paid for the additional postage.

6. About International Orders & Customs

Tuxedo Action proudly ships worldwide. However, please note that our primary after-sales center is currently located in the United States.

Important: For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges vary by country and are strictly not included in the product price or shipping cost.
